Pneumatic “First” press operates with adjustable power-impact from 0 to 600, 3500 and 7500 Kgs. The Pneumatic series of machines utilize a double acting cylinder for rapid and uniform repetition of impact force. All machines provide consistent force, even on pieces of different heights. Speed of operation is determined by the speed of the product feed. The “First” press accepts a wide variety of products which can be enhanced by combining the presses with a rotary-table or linear part feed.
