Model 301, Manual marking machine

An inexpensive machine designed for marking all types of cylindrical parts. It rolls on characters accurately with even depths. The operation is simple, requiring no skill. A hand lever draws the carriage with a special die type holder or numbering unit attached along the round sliding bar. Both our standard Sheffield and Essex type holder can be used with this machine. Model 301 may be used for serializing or numbering parts with our standard numbering heads, Model 50, 70 or 83. Impression depth is easily adjusted and maintained by turning the knob on the top of the sliding head.
