500 NMC is a heavy duty standard roll marker for automatic marking of screw machine parts during the machine cycle. It eliminates the need for separate marking operations. Easy die change and set-up with self contained pack. No reset needed when changing dies. It has automatic reset and adjustable stop for accurate starting position. Standard starting cam on roller die assures uniform impressions on parts marked. Ideal 500 NMC may be used on any cross slide station. Standard roller die blanks can be engraved to specifications. Standard blank is 2.270” diameter. Holder can accept blanks from ½” to 3” diameter. Blanks can be supplied for holding interchangeable type.
